扭力梁后桥衬套压装过程仿真及其工艺改进

摘要 针对某扭力梁后桥衬套装配过程中出现压入力过大导致衬套无法压装到位的问题,对该衬套的压装过程进行有限元仿真计算,分析过盈量、焊接变形和摩擦系数对压装力的影响规律,拟定调整装配过盈量和降低摩擦系数的改进方案。按照改进方案制作样件并进行试验,验证该方案的可行性。 As to the issue that the bushing of a torsion beam rear axle can not be pressed in place due to the excessive pressing force during the fitting process,the finite element simulation calculation on the press fitting process of the bushing is carried out,and the influence of interference,welding deformation and friction coefficient on the press fitting force is analyzed.Based on this,two improvement schemes are proposed to adjust the fitting interference and reduce the friction coefficient.The samples are made according to the improvement schemes,and the feasibility of the schemes is verified by the conduct test.
