基于Adams的整车过坎舒适性提升

摘要 用Adams软件建立整车仿真模型,模拟整车过坎工况。通过调整悬架及悬置的相关参数,提取座椅位置的加速度信号;对信号进行进一步处理,识别过坎舒适性的关键影响因素。根据实车验证,实现过坎或冲击工况下的舒适性提升。 The vehicle simulation model is established by Adams,and the vehicle under the bump condition is simulated.By adjusting the relevant parameters of the suspension and engine mount,the acceleration signal of the seat position is extracted.By further signal processing,the key influencing factors of the improvement of the comfort over the bump are found.The improvement of the comfort under the bump or impact conditions is realized through the actual vehicle verification.
