冼绍祥治疗心系病证运用对药及角药经验

XIAN Shao-Xiang’s Experience in Using the Couplet Medicines and Triplet Medicines for the Treatment of Heart Diseases

冼绍祥教授认为心系病证的基本病机为气虚痰浊血瘀,治疗多以养心健脾、益气化痰祛瘀为法,用药味简效专,积累了有岭南特色的对药、角药配伍使用经验。临证治疗心衰、眩晕、胸痹心痛、心悸、不寐、脂浊等心系病证时,对药常取党参-五指毛桃健脾益气,牛大力-千斤拔补虚健力,布渣叶-红曲祛痰消浊,鸡血藤-地龙化瘀通络,延胡索-救必应活血止痛,龙骨-牡蛎平肝潜阳,甘松-琥珀定惊止悸;角药多选覆盆子-金樱子-杜仲益肾缩尿,夜交藤-合欢皮-远志养心安神等,效果较显著。

Professor XIAN Shao-Xiang believes that qi deficiency,phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of heart diseases,and the treatment for heart diseases should follow the principle of nourishing heart and strengthening spleen,and nourishing qi,resolving phlegm and removing stasis.For the medication of herbs,Professor XIAN Shao-Xiang advocate the application of simple medicines with specialized effects and the use of couplet medicines and triplet medicines with Lingnan characteristics.For the treatment of heart diseases of heart failure,dizziness,qi obstruction of chest with heart pain,palpitation,sleeplessness,hyperlipidemia,etc.,the couplet medicines of Radix Codonopsis-Radix Fici Hirtae are usually adopted to invigorate spleen and replenish qi,Radix Millettiae Speciosae-Radix et Caulis Flemingiae to tonify deficiency and increase strength,Folium Microcotis-Monascus in Oryzae Fructus to remove phlegm and eliminate turbidity,Caulis SpatholobiPheretima to remove blood stasis and unblock collaterals,Rhizoma Corydalis-Cortex Ilicis Rotundae to activate blood and relieve pain,Os Draconis-Concha Ostreae to calm liver to suppress yang,and Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos-Succinum to calm panic and stop palpitation.Meanwhile,the triplet medicines of Fructus RubiFructus Rosae Laevigatae-Cortex Eucommiae are also frequently chosen to tonify kidney and arrest polyuria,and Caulis et Folium Polygoni Multiflori-Cortex Albiziae-Radix Polygalae to nourish heart and calm mind.The application of couplet medicines and triplet medicines can achieve significant effect for the treatment of heart diseases.
