摘要
为研究车辆行驶通过未经处理的埋地管道上方时管道纵向应力分布形式及其影响因素,采用Winkler弹性地基梁模型,提出相应的简化计算方法,并通过现场试验和数值模拟进行验证。对比理论计算、现场实测数据及数值模拟结果发现,三者所得的管道纵向应力分布规律一致,随管道埋深和管径变化的规律一致;由于存在荷载动力放大效应,管道实际纵向应力明显大于理论计算结果。结果表明:运用Winkler弹性地基梁模型和本文的简化方法计算交通荷载作用下埋地管道纵向应力是可行的;理论计算公式中附加应力扩散角和地基系数取值会对计算结果产生一定影响,但影响较小;可引入动力影响系数对计算结果进行修正,并给出影响系数的建议值。
In order to study the longitudinal stress distribution of the pipeline and its influencing factors when the vehicle passes over the untreated buried pipeline,the Winkler elastic foundation beam model is used for calculation,and the corresponding simplified calculation method is proposed,which is verified by field tests and numerical simulations.Compared theoretical calculations with on-site measured data and numerical simulation results,it is found that the longitudinal stress distribution of the pipeline obtained by the three is consistent,and the law of changes with the buried depth and diameter of the pipeline is consistent;due to the load dynamic amplification effect,the actual longitudinal stress of the pipeline is significantly greater than the theoretical Calculation results.The research results show that it is feasible to use the Winkler elastic foundation beam model and the simplified method in this paper to calculate the longitudinal stress of buried pipelines under traffic loads;the additional stress diffusion angle and the value of the foundation coefficient in the theoretical calculation formula will have a certain impact on the calculation results.But the influence is small;the dynamic influence coefficient can be introduced to modify the calculation result,and the suggested value of the influence coefficient is given.
