基于DBSCAN算法的烟草互联网违法数据研究

Research on Illegal Data of Tobacco Internet Based on DBSCAN Algorithm

互联网具有一定的开放性和虚拟性,为涉烟违法行为提供了平台和途径。犯罪分子借助网络的这些特点,将网络作为身份保护伞。大多数涉烟违法行为涉及区域广、时间长、数量多,导致网络监管工作难度大[1-3]。因此,提出利用数据挖掘技术开发信息技术监管手段,利用DBSCAN算法对以往数据进行分析,寻找犯罪的蛛丝马迹,完善监管系统。

The Internet has a certain degree of openness and virtuality,and provides a platform and a way for illegal tobacco related activities.Criminals take advantage of these characteristics of the network to use the network as an identity protection um⁃brella.Most tobacco-related illegal activities involve a wide area,a long time,and a large number,which makes network supervision difficult.Therefore,this paper proposes to use data mining technology to develop information technology supervision means,use DBSCAN algorithm to analyze previous data,find clues of crime,and improve supervision system.
