骨质疏松性椎体压缩型骨折伤椎磁共振成像短时间反转恢复序列黑色线性信号与能量损伤程度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究骨质疏松性椎体压缩型骨折(OVCF)伤椎核磁共振短时间反转恢复序列(MRI-STIR)技术中黑色线性信号与能量损伤程度关系。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月南阳市中心医院院收治的86例OVCF患者,根据患者创伤原因分为无外力作用组26例、低能量损伤组27例、高能量损伤组33例,所有患者均进行MRI-STIR序列检查,比较3组患者MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现率、出现部位。根据骨密度将所有患者分为高水平组(31例)和低水平组(55例),比较4组患者MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现率,使用Logistic模型分析骨密度与MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现的相关性。结果3组患者MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现率比较差异均有统计学意义,且低能量损伤组大于无外力作用组大于高能量损伤组(P<0.05)。3组患者MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现部位比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低水平组患者MRI-STIR黑色线性信号出现率高于高水平患者(P<0.05),骨密度水平与MRI-STIR黑色线性信号相关(P<0.05)。结论低能量损伤及低骨密度水平OVCF患者MRI-STIR序列检查中黑色线性信号出现率较高,可为临床诊治提供依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the black linear signals on magnetic reso-nance imaging(MRI)with short time inversion recovery(STIR)sequence and the energy level of injury in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods A retrospective study was con-ducted on 86 OVCT patients admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and January 2021.According to the causes of injury,they were divided into the OVCF without external force group(n=26),low-energy injury group(n=27)and high-energy injury group(n=33).All patients underwent STIR-MRI,and were compared for the occurrence and location of black linear signals on STIR-MRI.Depending on their bone mineral density(BMD),the patients were divided into the high-BMD group(n=31)and low-BMD group(n=55),and the occurrence of black linear signals on STIR-MRI was further compared between the two groups.The correlation between BMD and black linear signals on STIR-MRI was analyzed using Logistic model.Results The occurrence of black linear signals on STIR-MRI varied significantly among groups,and was most frequent in patients withOVCF without external force,followed by the low-energy injury group and high-energy injury group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the location of black linear signals on STIR-MRI among the three groups(P>0.05).The occurrence of black linear signals on STIR-MRI was significantly more frequent in the low-BMD group than that in high-BMD group(P<0.05).BMD was significantly correlated with black linear signals on STIR-MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion The black linear signals on STIR-MRI were more frequent to occur in OVCF patients with low energy injury or low BMD.This can provide supportive information for the clinical dia-gnosis and treatment.
