摘要
目的监测2018-2021年长春市儿童下呼吸感染中腺病毒感染情况、流行病学特征及基因进化特点。方法采用Real time PCR方法对2018年6月至2021年6月份采集的172例儿童支气管肺泡灌洗液标本进行呼吸道病原检测。对检测腺病毒阳性的标本进行病毒分离、对分离到的病毒进行Hexon基因测序测定、BLAST比对后确定腺病毒型别,分析腺病毒进化特点。结果172份标本中共检出腺病毒阳性标本32份,阳性率为18.6%,分离得到腺病毒毒株13株,分离率为40.63%,基因特性分析显示腺病毒7型11株,2型1株,3型1株。结论腺病毒是2018-2021年吉林省长春市地区儿童下呼吸道感染的重要病原之一,其优势流行株为7型,其次是2型和3型。
Objective To monitor adenovirus infection,epidemiological characteristics,and genetic evolution of lower respiratory infections in children in Changchun City during 2018to 2021.Methods Real-Time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR)was used to check respiratory pathogens of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples collected from June 2018to June 2021of 172children.The virus was isolated from positive adenovirus samples;then the isolated virus gene sequenced was by Hexon,and the type of adenovirus was determined with Basic Local Alignment Search Tool(BLAST),the evolutionary characteristics of adenovirus were analyzed meanwhile.Results 32adenovirus positive samples were identified in 172samples;the positive rate was 18.6%.13adenovirus strains were isolated,and the isolation rate was 40.63%.Gene analysis showed 11strains of adenovirus type VII,1strain of adenovirus type II,and 1strain of adenovirus type III.Conclusion Adenovirus take crucial responsible for lower respiratory tract infection in children in Changchun City,Jilin Province,during 2018to 2021.The dominant epidemic strain is type VII,followed by type II,and type III.
