基于LM-GAUSS固体火箭发动机羽流光场测温方法

摘要 为了对固体火箭发动机羽流三维温度分布进行准确测量,建立了固体火箭发动机羽流光场辐射测温模型,并针对当前辐射测温技术中重建算法精度低、鲁棒性差等问题提出了一种基于LM-GAUSS混合算法的固发羽流三维温度场的重建方法。利用数值仿真分别研究了辐射强度噪声、吸收系数噪声、不同噪声水平及网格划分对本研究所提方法的影响。结果表明,与传统LSQR、NNLS重建算法的仿真结果对比,在10%以内噪声条件下,算法的重建精度优于5%,证明了本研究所提混合算法重建精度高、鲁棒性强的性能。在实验室条件下进行了单光场相机成像火焰三维温度场重建试验,证明了LM-GAUSS的适用性,为后续固发羽流温度的现场测量提供支持。 In order to accurately measure the 3 D temperature distribution of solid rocket motor plume,a radiation temperature measurement model of solid rocket engine plume was established.Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and poor robustness of reconstruction algorithm in current radiometric temperature measurement technology,a reconstruction method of solid plume three-dimensional temperature field based on LM-GAUSS hybrid algorithm was proposed.The effects of radiation intensity noise,absorption coefficient noise,different noise levels and meshing method were studied by numerical simulation.Compared with the simulation results of traditional LSQR and NNLS reconstruction algorithms,the simulation results show that the reconstruction accuracy of the algorithm is better than 5%when the noise is less than 10%,which proves the performance of the proposed hybrid algorithm with high reconstruction accuracy and strong robustness.The 3 D temperature field reconstruction experiment of ethylene flame was carried out in the laboratory,which proved the applicability of LM-GAUSS and provided the support for the follow-up field measurement of solid engine plume temperature.
