300MW燃煤机组供热工况时协调控制策略研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 燃煤供热机组不仅需要满足常规供电需求,在冬季供暖期还需要满足供热需求。为满足《东北区域发电厂并网运行管理实施细则》和《东北区域并网发电厂辅助服务管理实施细则》中关于一次调频以及自动发电控制的各项考核指标,通过对协调控制系统逻辑分析以及不同工况时的参数对比,提出300 MW燃煤供热机组协调控制策略,解决了供热工况时锅炉主控给煤输出正反馈的问题。采用新的控制策略,机组考核量大幅减少,经济效益明显提高。 Thermal power coal-fired unitsnot only need to meet the conventional power supply demand,but also does it need to meet the heating demand in winter heating period.In order to meet the primary frequency modulation and automatic power generation control of the assessment indicators in Implementation Rules of Grid-Connected Operation Management of Northeast Power Plants and Implementation Rules of Auxiliary Service Management of Grid-connected Power Plants in Northeast China,through the logic analysis of the coordinated control system and the parameter comparison under different working conditions,a set of coordinated control strategies for 300 MW thermal power coal-fired units is put forward.The problem of positive feedback of coal feeding output of boiler main control under heating condition is solved.By adopting the new control strategy,the assessment quantity of the unit is sharply reduced,and the economic benefit is obviously improved.
