产教融合背景下应用型本科高校工程训练中心建设的探索 被引量:1

摘要 工程训练中心是高校培养大学生工程实践能力的重要实训基地。本文考虑新工科建设标准和应用型本科高校的定位,提出以实践教学体系为核心、实践教学平台为基础、师资队伍为关键、创新竞赛培养为目标、管理体制为保障的工程训练中心建设框架。根据面向对象差异构建多层次实践教学体系,并详细讨论了实践教学平台、师资队伍、人才培养和管理体制等关键问题。结果表明,产教融合背景下建设的工程训练中心在培养大学生实践创新能力和工程综合素质等多方面成效显著。 As an important training base of colleges and universities,the engineering training center was usually used to cultivate the engineering practice abilities of undergraduates.Considering the new engineering standard and the application-oriented universities'characteristics,the framework of engineering training center was proposed here which containers the practice teaching system as the core,practice teaching facilities as the basis,teaching team as the key,innovative talents cultivation as the goal and management system as the guarantee.The multi-level practical teaching system was established according to the different target objects,some important issues including practice teaching platform,high-quality curriculums,teaching team,innovative talents cultivation and management system were discussed in detail.The results show that the influence of engineering training center on the practice and innovation abilities and engineering comprehensive quality was obviously considering production-education integration background.
