基于新文科背景下市场对工商管理专业的要求,文章提出学科竞赛+理论教学+多维自学+科研+创新创业即“赛教学研创”相结合的创新创业育人模式,即“赛教学研创”五位一体,对五个环节分别设置培训和考核内容,以期提升学生创新创业能力,为工商管理专业本科实践教学探索新的育人体系。
