桑枝适栽香菇品种筛选及多糖含量分析 被引量:5

摘要 为充分利用宜宾市丰富的桑枝条资源,2018年至2019年宜宾市农业科学院开始利用桑枝屑栽培香菇,并进行品种比较试验。选择11个香菇菌株,分别进行菌丝生长和桑枝屑栽培出菇试验。结果表明,香菇“808”为综合性状最优菌株,适宜在宜宾市桑枝代料栽培食用菌中进行推广。若以香菇多糖含量为筛选指标,则桑枝栽培香菇“236”为最佳。 In order to make full use of the abundant mulberry branch resourcesin Yibin City,Yibin Academy of Agricultural Sciences began to cultivate Lentinus edodes with mulberry branch chips from 2018 to 2019, and conducted a variety comparison experiment. 11 strains of L. edodes were selected for mycelial growth and cultivation with mulberry branch chips. The results showed that L. edodes‘808’was the best strain in comprehensive characters, which was suitable to be popularized in the edible fungus cultivation of mulberry branch substitute in Yibin City. If the content of L. edodes polysaccharide was used as the screening index, L. edodes‘236’cultivated with mulberry branch was the best.
