摘要
通过阐述云南省食用菌产业发展的基本情况,发现产业发展中存在多方面问题,如产业重视程度、产业相关政策的扶持力度、知识产权的申报与维护、产品品质提升、优势品牌创建、新品创新研发、营销推广等。对“云菌”产业发展的优势与挑战进行深入分析,并有针对性地提出相关建议,旨在探讨乡村振兴战略背景下云南省食用菌产业生态化发展方向,为相关部门提供产业发展参考。
By explaining the basic situation of the development of edible fungus industry in Yunnan Province,it is found that there are many problems in the development of the industry,such as industrial attention,industrial support top-level design,independent intellectual property rights,quality and efficiency improvement,brand building,scientific and technological innovation,etc.The advantages and challenges of‘Yunnan fungi’industry development are analyzed in depth,and relevant suggestions are put forward,aim to explore the ecological development direction of edible fungus industry in Yunnan Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and provide reference for industrial development for relevant departments.
