摘要 对黑木耳液体菌种制备条件进行了优化和统计分析。结果表明,适宜液体摇瓶培养的菌种接种块大小应不大于2.5 mm×2.5 mm,培养温度为24℃~28℃,装液量约为60%,摇床转速为140 r·min^(-1)~160 r·min^(-1),液体发酵菌种制备适宜的通气量为1.0∶0.8~1.0∶1.0,培养时间为6 d~7 d。黑木耳液体菌种生产条件的优化,显著缩短了制种周期,提高了菌种品质,对于液体菌种工厂化、自动化和标准化生产具有重要的参考和指导作用,对黑木耳固体菌种向液体菌种转型升级具有重要的推动作用。 The preparation conditions of Auricularia auricula liquid spawn were optimized and analyzed statistically.The results showed that the appropriate size of the inoculation block of shake flask culture should not be greater than 2.5 mm×2.5 mm,the culture temperature is 24℃-28℃,the medium volume is about 60%,the rotation speed is 140 r·min^(-1)-160 r·min^(-1),the suitable aeration on fermentation spawn is 1.0∶0.8-1.0∶1.0,and the culture time is 6 d-7 d.The optimization of the production conditions of A.auricula liquid spawn significantly shortened the production cycle and improved the quality of spawn.It has an important reference and guidance role for the industrialized,automated and standardized production of liquid spawn,and plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of solid spawn of A.auricula to liquid spawn.
