因相关规范条款不统一,关于硫酸储罐区的火灾危险性类别存在较多争议,给工程设计及生产企业带来很多困扰,亟需对有关规范进行修订并协调统一。探讨了硫酸储罐区储存量设计中遇到的主要问题,火灾危险性类别、单罐容积和储罐总容积是影响硫酸储罐区设计的重要因素,建议根据硫酸本身的性质调整现有规范的不适宜之处,或专门编制适用于硫酸储罐区的设计规范。

Due to the disunity of relevant specifications,there are many disputes about the fire hazard category of the sulphuric acid tank farm,which brings many problems to the engineering design and production enterprises.It is urgent to revise and coordinate the relevant specifications.The main problems encountered in the design of storage capacity of sulphuric acid tank farm are discussed.The fire hazard category,the volume of a single tank and the total volume of the tank are important factors affecting the design of the sulphuric acid tank farm.It is suggested to adjust the inappropriateness of the existing specifications according to the nature of sulphuric acid itself,or specially prepare the design specifications applicable to the sulphuric acid tank farm.
