摘要
为了进一步研究固体废弃物取代混凝土胶凝材料的应用发展,通过不同粉煤灰掺量(10%、15%、20%、25%和30%)代替水泥在不同龄期(3d、7d、14d、28d和90d)变化下对混凝土坍落度性能、抗压性能、劈裂抗拉性能及抗折性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量为20%时,混凝土和易性最优;粉煤灰掺量为25%时,混凝土抗压强度最优;粉煤灰掺量为20%时,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度最优。
In order to further study the application and development of solid waste as a substitute for concrete cementitious materials,this paper studies the influence of different fly ash content(10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%)as a substitute for cement on the slump performance,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete at different ages(3d,7d,14d,28d and 90d).The results show that the workability of concrete is optimal when the content of fly ash is 20%;When the content of fly ash is 25%,the compressive strength of concrete is the best;When the content of fly ash is 20%,the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete are optimal,so as to provide reference for subsequent projects.
