摘要
“六三三”学制在我国确立100周年,经历了审慎确立与稳步实行、短暂改革与推行新制、恢复实行与多制试验、盲目缩短与消亡沉寂、回归主导与多制并存的发展历程。“六三三”学制符合学生身心发展规律,适应我国的基本国情,有利于普及义务教育,符合国际惯例,易于与国际接轨。进入新的历史时期,我国中小学学制改革要加强学制立法,健全管理机制;丰富学制类型,满足个性需要;优化学段衔接,加强普职融通;融合信息技术,实现学制创新。
The“6-3-3 Plan”(“the Plan”)has been established in China for one hundred years.It has gone through five development stages,namely prudent establishment and steady implementation,short-lived reform and implementation of a new system,re-implementation and multi-system experiment,aimless shortening and extinction,coming back to dominance and multi-system coexistence.Conforming to the law of students’physical and mental development,and adapting to the basic national conditions in China,“the Plan”is conducive to achieving universal compulsory education.Conforming to international practice,“the Plan”is easy to be in line with international standards.In the new historical era,to reform the school system in primary and secondary schools in China,we should strengthen the legislation on school system and improve the management mechanism;diversify the types of academic system to meet individual needs;optimize the connection between academic phases and enhance the integration of general and vocational education;and incorporate information technology to innovate the academic system.
