“五维一体”:新时代全面加强高校劳动教育实践路径刍议

A Five-pronged Practical Approach to Comprehensive Enhancement of Labor Education in Universities in the New Era

为了培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,全面加强劳动教育成为我国高校的关键环节和迫切任务。长期以来,高校在劳动教育领域虽然取得了一定的成就,但是在劳动教育的主体、内容、对象、中介和环体五个方面依然存在不少问题,不能满足建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国的要求。破解当前高校劳动教育所面临的难题必须从五个维度入手:统筹劳动教育的各方力量,形成教育合力;建构劳动教育的内容体系,树立劳动观念;注重劳动对象的差别对待,加强教育实效;创新劳动教育的载体形式,增强劳动兴趣;丰富劳动教育的实践平台,拓宽劳动渠道。

In order to cultivate the new generation for the mission of national rejuvenation, the comprehensive enhancement of labor education has become an urgent task and a crucial step for universities in China. For a long time, although colleges and universities have made some achievements in the field of labor education, there are still many problems in the main bodies, contents, recipients, media and venues of labor education, which can’t meet the requirements for building China into a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics. This paper holds that to solve the problems faced by current labor education in colleges and universities, we must tackle the challenges from five prongs: coordinating forces of all parties of labor education to create educational joint forces;constructing the content system of labor education and developing correct labor mentality;paying attention to the differential treatment of the labor education recipients to strengthen the actual effect of education;innovating the carrier form of labor education to enhance interest in labor;and diversifying the practice platforms and widening the channels for labor education.
