摘要
Visual Basic是一款简单、易用,面向对象的程序设计语言。利用VB 6.0设计了检测报告的自动生成系统,旨在提高产品检测机构出具报告的效率。检测报告生成系统引用数据对象库分别与Access和Word建立连接,通过VB调用Access数据库信息,并将数据和图片保存在Word文档中。软件操作界面简洁、功能完善、实用性强。经试验,以Access-VB-Word的数据传递方式自动生成检测报告,效率比人工录入方式高约135%,具有较高的实用价值。
Visual Basic is a simple,easy-to-use,object-oriented programming language.The automatic generation system of inspection report isdesigned by using VB6.0 software,which aims to improve the efficiency of the report issued by the product in⁃spection organization.The detection report generation system references the data object library to establish a connection with Ac⁃cess and Word respectively,calls the Access database information through VB,and saves the data and pictures in Word documents.The software has simple operation interface,complete functions and strong practicability.The test shows that the test report is auto⁃matically generated by the data transmission mode of Access-VB-Word,which is about 135%more efficient than the manual input mode,and has high practical value.
