基于数据中台业务交换体系集群管理的小型智慧PIVAS模块建设探索 被引量:2

摘要 医疗机构传统的病区静脉输液配置(以下简称“静配”)工作模式,存在耗时长、效率低的不足,且难以保证配制的药液不被污染;同时,由于防护缺失,医护人员可能要承担细胞毒性药物等暴露导致的危险。为解决静配过程中的缺陷与不足,我院引入了“海豚7”静配机器人,并构建了基于数据中台业务交换体系的集群管理平台,设计建设了小型智慧静脉用药调配中心模块。该模式可减轻医护人员工作负担,节省医疗建设和人力成本,也有助于推进和深化智慧医院建设。 The traditional intravenous infusion configuration in medical institutions has the shortcomings of long time and low efficiency,and it is difficult to ensure that the dispensed liquid medicine is not contaminated.At the same time,medical staff may be exposed to risks such as cytotoxic drugs due to lack of protection.To solve the defects and deficiencies in intravenous infusion configuration,the“Dolphin 7”pharmacy intravenous compounding robots are introduced in our hospital,cluster management platform is constructed based on data middle platform service exchange system;mini-intelligent PIVAS module is designed and constructed.The mode can reduce the workload of medical staff,save medical construction and labor costs,also help to promote and deepen the construction of intelligent hospitals.
