摘要
采用低C、S、P和高Mn、高Ni的成分设计,通过双精炼模式生产提升钢水纯净度,轧后经正火+回火处理实现钢板微观组织改善,获得了良好的力学性能。研制结果表明,13MnNi6-3钢板正火后在空冷条件下可得到稳定的铁素体+珠光体组织,经回火后,钢板强度均值538 MPa、-60℃横向冲击功均值≥180 J、无塑性转变温度低于-60℃;经模拟焊接后消应力热处理试验,拉伸强度、低温韧性、时效等各项性能无明显变化,均满足用户使用性能要求。
By adopting the composition design of low C,S,P and high Mn,high Ni,the purity of molten steel can be improved by double refining mode,and the microstructure of steel plate can be improved by normalizing and tempering after rolling,good mechanical properties were obtained.The results show that the stable ferrite+pearlite structure of 13 MnNi6-3 steel plate can be obtained after normalizing and air cooling,the average strength of the steel plate is 538 MPa,the average transverse impact work of-60℃is more than 180 J,and the non-plastic transformation temperature is lower than-60℃.The tensile strength,low temperature toughness,aging and other properties have no obvious changes and all meet the user performance requirements.
