摘要
以Ti-6Al-4V粉末为原料,光敏树脂为成型剂,采用光固化直写3D打印技术实现了非球形钛合金粉的3D打印。研究了钛合金粉末浆料的流变性,分析浆料的成型性和光固化过程,并对坯体烧结前后的组织及性能进行了观察和分析。结果表明:在保证足够支撑力和坯体固化强度的前提下,得到浆料的最佳固相含量为65%,挤出丝材直径450μm,光固化时间1~2 s,坯体能保持良好的网格与层叠结构。坯体在真空脱胶-烧结过程中收缩均匀一致,长度方向和高度方向的收缩率分别为22.1%和21.9%,烧结后丝材直径为350μm,径向收缩率为22.2%左右。经测定,填充率50%的钛合金烧结体的抗压强度为455 MPa,能够满足人体骨骼性能要求。
Using Ti-6 Al-4 V powder as raw material and photosensitive resin as molding agent,3 D printing of non-spherical titanium alloy powder was realized by direct writing 3 D printing technology.The rheological properties of titanium alloy powder slurry were studied,and the formability and photo-curing process of the slurry were analyzed.The microstructure and properties of the body before and after sintering were observed and analyzed.The results show that:under the premise of ensuring sufficient supporting force and curing strength of the body,the optimum solid content of the slurry was 65%,the diameter of the extruded wire was 450μm,and the light curing time was 1~2 s.During vacuum degumming-sintering process,the shrinkage of green body is uniform,the shrinkage rate of length direction and height direction is 22.1%and 21.9%respectively,the diameter of sintered wire is 350μm,the radial shrinkage rate is about 22.2%.The compressive strength of sintered titanium alloy with 50%filling rate is 455 MPa,which can meet the requirement of human skeleton.
