钢铁行业竞争情报系统研究

With the increasingly fierce competition in the steel industry,competitive intelligence plays an increasingly important role in enterprises.Collecting and processing all kinds of information related to industry or enterprise development into competitive intelligence can provide reference for management and decision-making of industry or enterprise.Taking the steel industry as an example,this paper introduces the construction principles and objectives of competitive intelligence system,and analyzes its logical structure and main functions.It is pointed out that the iron and steel industry should continue to consolidate the basis of information management,improve the digital basic system,complement the basic support of digital,grasp the opportunities of national macro-policy,and strengthen the construction and utilization of information system.Through the promotion and implementation of the"High quality development information and intelligence big data system",the support capability of the information system in digital decision-making will be continuously enhanced.Form a reasonable layout,stable supply of resources,advanced technology and equipment,outstanding quality brand,high level of intelligence,global competitiveness,green low-carbon sustainable development of a new pattern as soon as possible.
