摘要
在轧钢生产过程中,坯料数据录入生产系统是保证正常生产的必不可少的步骤,但人工数据录入的失误率会对生产造成不可估量的影响,而且增加人员的劳动强度及人工成本。钢坯入炉跟踪系统的开发,可以改善钢坯信息录入、简化操作流程,保证轧制系统参数的准确性以及减少数据错误率的发生,同时降低人工劳动强度,也可以减少用工成本。
In the process of steel rolling production,billet data entry into the production system is an indispensable step to ensure normal production,but the error rate of manual data entry will have an immeasurable impact on production,and increase the labor intensity and labor cost of personnel.The development of billet feeding furnace tracking system improves billet information entry and simplifies the operation process,ensures the accuracy of rolling system parameters,reduces the occurrence of data error rate,and reduces la bor intensity and labor costs.
