摘要
高速自动化冲压生产线线末通常配备空工位,针对传统产线线尾支撑机构通用性及稳定性差造成机械手放料不稳定,并导致零件出现变形及降低整线运行效率等问题,提出了一种适用于多种零件定位与支撑的柔性过渡架结构,该结构由主体钢架、调整导槽、移动滑槽、零件托架、平面刻度尺等部分组成,通过对调整导槽进行适应性匹配,可满足空工位的柔性定制需求。生产试验表明,该结构可显著改善机械手取放料过程零件定位晃动等问题,制件变形问题消除,产线运行效率提升1.27%。
The end of the high-speed automatic stamping production line is usually equipped with empty station. Aiming at the problems of unstable feeding of the manipulator caused by the poor universality and stability of the support mechanism at the end of the traditional production line, and the deformation of the parts and the reduction of the efficiency of the whole line. This paper proposes a flexible transition frame structure suitable for positioning and supporting various parts. The structure is composed of main steel frame, adjusting guide groove, moving chute, part bracket, plane scale and so on. Through adaptive matching of adjusting guide groove,the flexible customization demand of empty station can be met. The production test shows that the structure can significantly improve the positioning and sloshing of parts in the process of taking and discharging materials of the manipulator, eliminate the deformation of parts, and improve the operation efficiency of the production line by 1.27%.
