摘要
通过对比传统保险杠设计理念和加工工艺,介绍了保险杠轮毂、翼子板位置分型线段差的优化,及设计和制造过程中控制要素,通过设计、加工、钳工、抛光工序的严格质量管控,有效的消除了分型线段差的问题,降低模具整改成本,缩短交付周期。
By comparing the traditional bumper design concept and processing technology.This paper introduces the optimization of the line segment difference of bumper wheel hub and wing sub-plate position, and focuses on the control factors in the design and manufacturing process. Through the strict quality control of the design, processing, fitter and polishing processes, the problem of line segment difference of the parting is effectively eliminated, the cost of mold rectification is reduced, and the delivery cycle is shortened.
