摘要
三坐标测量机属于精密测量工具,探针校验是补偿测端球径与探针挠曲变形的误差以及确定探针实际位置的极其重要的必备手段,常规每3~5天就需要重新校验一次,传统的手动去校验探针影响效率并且有可能会造成人为误差,增加测量不确定度。以蔡司三坐标测量机10根探针各3个探针角度为例,论述了使用程序校验探针的方法,在减少手动操作节省时间以及避免在手动校验时可能产生的人为误差,从而减少测量的不确定度,提高测量的精度,在高技能人才严重缺乏的新时代,减少对技术工人的依赖,提高生产效率,适应自动化测量的时代趋势。
CMM is a precision measuring tool. Probe calibration is an extremely important and necessary means to compensate the error between the spherical diameter of the measuring end and the deflection of the probe and to determine the actual position of the probe. Normally, it needs to be re calibrated every 3 to 5 days. The traditional manual calibration of the probe affects the efficiency and may cause human errors and increase the measurement uncertainty. Taking three probe angles of each of the ten probes of the Zeiss CMM as an example, this paper discusses the method of using the program to calibrate the probe, which can save time in manual operation and avoid possible human errors in manual calibration, thereby reducing the uncertainty of measurement, improving the accuracy of measurement, reducing the dependence on skilled workers, and improving production efficiency in the new era of severe shortage of highly skilled personnel, Adapt to the trend of automatic measurement.
