生活压力和社会排斥对流动人口心理健康的影响

Study on the Impact of Life Stress and Social Exclusion on the Mental Health of Migrant Population

基于迁移过程压力理论、社会排斥理论和马斯洛需求理论,利用社会融合与心理健康调查数据,实证检验了生活压力和社会排斥对流动人口心理健康的影响。研究发现:生活压力与社会排斥对流动人口心理健康有显著的负向影响,且社会排斥所带来的影响更大;社会排斥对流动人口心理健康的影响没有群体差异,而生活压力对流动人口心理健康的影响存在异质性。因此,应减轻流动人口的住房负担,完善流动人口医疗保障制度,解决流动人口在老家的后顾之忧,消除对流动人口的歧视以及社会融合障碍,促进流动人口在流入地的社会融合,从而提升其心理健康水平。

Based on migration process stress theory,social exclusion theory and Maslow’s needs theory,this paper empirically tests the effects of life stress and social exclusion on the mental health status of the migrant population by using social integration and mental health survey data.The study finds that:life stress and social exclusion have significant negative effects on the mental health status of the migrant population,and the effects brought by social exclusion are greater;there is no group difference in the effects of social exclusion on the mental health status of the migrant population,while there is heterogeneity in the effects of life stress on the mental health status of the migrant population.Therefore,the government should reduce the housing burden of the migrant population,improve the medical security system of the migrant population,solve the worries of the migrant population in their hometowns,eliminate the discrimination against the migrant population and barriers to social integration,and promote the social integration of the migrant population in the inflow area,which is conducive to improving their psychological health.
