摘要
目的探究数字化和人工两种评估方式对孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)儿童能力评估的一致性。方法采用被试内实验设计招募30名2~8岁ASD儿童分别进行数字化评估和人工评估。结果①数字化评估与人工评估具有较高的一致性(平均>80%),且不受儿童性别和年龄的影响;②ASD儿童的数字化与人工评估得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),数字化评估得分低于人工评估;在控制平板使用经验后,两种评估得分差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);③相较于人工评估,数字化评估ASD儿童的时间平均节省23分钟。结论数字化评估与人工评估有较高的一致性,能较为准确地评估ASD儿童的能力,且节省更多的时间成本;数字化评估方式可能会低估ASD儿童的表现,但可通过练习操作的先备技能弥补。
Objective To explore the consistency of digital assessment and manual assessment on the ability in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Method 30 ASD children aged 2-8 years were recruited with the within-subject experimental design for digital assessment and manual assessment respectively.Results The digital and manual assessment had a high consistency(average>80%),and were not affected by ASD children’s gender and age.The score of children’s digital assessment was significantly lower than that of manual assessment(P<0.05).After controlling the experience of using the tablet,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the two methods(P>0.05).Compared to manual assessment,digital assessment saved an average of 23 minutes per ASD children.Conclusion The digital assessment has a high consistency with manual assessment,which can accurately assess the ability of ASD children,and can save more time cost.The digital assessment may underestimate the ASD children’s performance,however it can be compensated by practicing the preparatory skills of the operation.
