摘要
为提高矿井安全监控系统的监控水平,更好地监控井下工作人员所在位置、生产环境及设备,基于矿井安全监控系统的设计要求,通过应用先进的物联网技术,提出了监控系统的监控方案,重点设计了监控系统的硬件部分与主要节点模块,并分析了应用效果,新设计的矿井监控系统运行稳定可靠,监控系统的日常安全维护费用更低,因矿井安全事故引发的工作面停工停产时间逐步减少,矿难发生时借助该矿井监控系统更易疏散搜救遇难人员,该监控系统具有一定的推广应用价值。
In order to improve the monitoring level of the mine safety monitoring system and better monitor the location of underground workers, production environment and equipment, based on the design requirements of the mine safety monitoring system, the monitoring scheme of the monitoring system is proposed by applying advanced Internet of Things technology. The scheme focuses on the hardware and main node modules of the monitoring system,and analyzes the application effect. The newly designed mine monitoring system is stable and reliable. The scheme reduces the daily safety maintenance cost of the monitoring system, reduces the downtime of the working face caused by the mine safety accident,and it is easier to evacuate and search and rescue the underground personnel with the help of the mine monitoring system when the mine accident occurs. The monitoring system has certain promotion and application value.
