瑶族茶产业特色村寨建设路径思考——以汝城县H村为例

Thinking on the Construction Path of the Characteristic Villages of Yao Tea Industry—Taking Village H of Rucheng County as an Example

在乡村振兴战略背景下,特色村寨建设已成为我国新农村建设的重要工作载体,而茶产业作为富民产业也受到高度重视,少数民族茶产业特色村寨如何实现“产业兴旺”“生活富裕”是一个值得关注的课题。以H村为例,利用结构式访谈、文献研究的方法,对茶产业特色村寨的发展问题进行探讨。该村茶产业特色村寨的建设已初具成效,但在发展的同时也存在一定的问题,如特色文化的内涵挖掘不足、产业发展持续性有待提升、旅游建设吸引力不足。分析其原因主要有当地村民思想解放程度不够、产业资金投入不足、配套设施建设缓慢等,需要在转变传统思想、保持文化原味的基础上,夯实基础,做强特色,推广服务。

Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, the construction of characteristic villages has become an important work carrier for the new rural construction in our country. How to realize the "industrial prosperity " and "wealthy life" in the characteristic villages of ethnic minority tea industry is a topic worthy of attention. Taking H village as an example, the method of structured interview and literature research are used to discuss the development of tea industry characteristic villages. Constructing tea industry characteristic village project has achieved initial results in the village, but there are also certain problems during the development: it lacks excavation for the connotation of characteristic culture;the sustainability of industrial development needs to be improved;the attraction of tourism construction is not enough. The main reasons are that the local villagers are not open-minded enough, investment of industrial funds is insufficient, and the construction of supporting facilities lags behind. It is necessary to consolidate the foundation, strengthen the characteristics, and promote the service on the basis of changing the traditional thinking and maintaining the original flavor of the culture.
