长寿命沥青路面结构动力响应监测及力学行为分析

摘要 文章通过增加沥青面层厚度、引入高模量沥青混合料EME14及玄武岩纤维等新材料的方式,提出了两种长寿命路面结构,并依托宜长高速公路铺筑了试验路;通过埋设传感器和理论计算的方式对比分析了不同结构的力学行为,建立了不同位置传感器的典型的响应时程曲线。结果表明,引入高模量沥青混合料EME14及玄武岩纤维等材料后的路面结构响应相对小于其它结构,在抗车辙、抗裂性能等方面具有一定的优势。建议进一步加强试验路后期监测,建立响应预测回归模型,为寿命预估提供参考。 In this paper, two long-life pavement structures were developed by increasing the thickness of asphalt layer and applying new materials which were high modulus asphalt mixture EME 14 and basalt fiber. The test section was paved on Yichang expressway. The mechanic behavior of these three structures was analyzed by the sensor monitoring and theoretical calculation based on the test section in Yichang Expressway and the typical response time history curves of sensors embedded in different position were established. The result showed that,the stress and strain of the structure with EME 14 and basalt fiber was smaller than the other two structures, and it mean that the structure had advantages in anti-rutting and anti-cracking. It was suggested that the dynamic response should be kept monitoring in the future and the regression model should be established to support life prediction.
