公路工程沥青材料全过程管理信息系统的设计与工程应用

摘要 为实现公路工程沥青材料的全过程管理,文章在对影响沥青材料质量稳定的工序影响因素分析基础上,设计了沥青材料质量全过程管理信息系统架构。基于物联网技术,提出了多环节的关键工艺参数数据采集方法,开展了软件信息系统的开发工作。信息系统创新提出了质量溯源理论,在江苏全省高速公路沥青路面质量管理中得到工程应用,取得了较好的经济社会效益。 In order to realize the whole process management of asphalt materials in highway engineering, this paper designs the information system framework of the whole process quality management of asphalt materials based on the analysis of the process influencing factors that affect the quality stability of asphalt materials.Based on the Internet of Things technology, a multi-link data acquisition method for key process parameters was proposed, and the software information system was developed. The information system has been applied in the quality management of Jiangsu expressway asphalt pavement, and the theory of quality traceability has been put forward innovatively, and good economic and social benefits have been obtained.
