智能管控系统在水泥搅拌桩标准化施工中的应用

摘要 水泥搅拌桩作为路基工程中常用的软基处理方式,施工周期短、速度快,具有整体性、水稳定性和一定的强度等优点,在施工中被广泛应用。但水泥搅拌桩由于施工速度快,施工过程管控难,成桩质量难以保证,在施工中需要一定的技术手段加强水泥搅拌桩施工质量的管控。智能管控系统对水泥搅拌桩施工过程质量控制、施工原始数据记录等具有非常大的意义。 Cement mixing pile as a common soft foundation treatment method in roadbed engineering, short construction period, fast speed, its unique integrity, water stability and has a certain strength and other advantages, has been widely used in construction. However, due to the fast construction speed of cement mixing pile, the construction process is difficult to control, pile quality is difficult to ensure, in the construction of certain technical means to strengthen the quality control of cement mixing pile construction. Intelligent control system is of great significance to quality control and original data recording of cement mixing pile construction process.
