跨省隧道机电工程建设方案及工程实例探析

Analysis on the Construction Scheme and Engineering Examples of Electromechanical Engineering of Cross Provincial Tunnel

跨省隧道顾名思义就是一条完整的隧道横跨两个或多个行政省份(自治区或直辖市),如何协调好建设期及运营期的管理,提高高速公路服务水平,是一个亟待解决的问题。文章以江苏宜兴至浙江长兴高速公路跨省葡萄岭隧道为例,对建设期隧道机电系统设计方案进行阐述,对运营期江浙两省的管理模式进行说明,为今后类似项目的建设及安全运营管理提供参考。

As the name suggests, the inter provincial tunnel is a complete tunnel across two or more administrative provinces(or autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). How to coordinate the management during the construction and operation period and improve the service level of expressway is an urgent problem to be solved. Taking the trans provincial putaoling tunnel of Jiangsu Yixing Zhejiang Changxing expressway as an example, this paper expounds the design scheme of tunnel electromechanical system during the construction period, and explains the management mode of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces during the operation period, so as to provide reference for the construction and safe operation management of similar projects in the future.
