摘要
作为一种新的经济形态,数字经济能快速渗透到各个领域,成为我国高质量发展的强大驱动力。为探究数字经济在我国高质量发展的影响,文章首先从理论层面进行机理分析,其次基于信息化、互联网和数字交易构建数字经济指标体系,以五大发展理念为基础构建高质量发展指标体系,运用主成分分析法对2015—2020年我国30个省市的数字经济与高质量发展水平进行测度,最后考察数字经济及其三大分项指标对高质量发展的影响,并分析其可能存在的地区异质性。研究结果表明:(1)数字经济显著促进高质量发展,成为各省市高质量发展的新动能。(2)数字经济对高质量发展的赋能作用存在区域异质性,中西部地区的数字经济能显著促进经济提质增效,而东部地区的赋能效果不显著。(3)数字经济中的信息化和数字交易发展对高质量发展有正向作用,而互联网发展对高质量发展有显著的反向推动作用。
As a new economic form, the digital economy can rapidly penetrate into various fields and become a powerful driver of high-quality development in China. To explore the impact of digital economy in China’s high-quality development, the article firstly analyzes the mechanism at the theoretical level, secondly constructs a digital economy index system based on informationization, Internet and digital transactions, constructs a high-quality development index system based on the five development concepts,and uses principal component analysis to compare the digital economy of 30 provincesin China from 2015 to 2020 with High-quality development level is measured, and finally the impact of digital economy and its three major sub-indicators on high-quality development is examined and the possible regional heterogeneity is analyzed.The research results show that(1)the digital economy significantly contributes to high-quality development and becomes a new driving force for high-quality development in all provinces and cities.(2)There is regional heterogeneity in the enabling effect of the digital economy on high-quality development, with the digital economy in the central and western regions significantly contributing to economic quality and efficiency,while the enabling effect in the eastern regions is not significant.(3)The development of information technology and digital transactions in the digital economy has a positive effect on high-quality development,while the development of the Internet has a significant reverse driving effect on high-quality development.
