旋转导向推力测试装置设计优化

摘要 为了提高推靠式旋转导向推靠力测量精度,进而提高井眼轨迹控制精度,设计了一套推靠力测试装置。利用有限元软件对该测试装置进行了受力分析,找出了影响测量精度的主要原因,并针对性地提出了改进措施,对测试装置进行了结构优化。对改进后的测试装置进行了受力分析,分析计算结果和试验结果均显示,优化后的结构很好地消除了干扰,大幅降低了测量误差,达到了精确测量推靠力的目的。该测试装置已经大量应用于中海油服自研旋转导向的批量制造之中,成为旋转导向制造过程中的关键测试设备之一。研究结果可为提高井眼轨迹控制精度提供重要参考。 In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the push force of the push-the-bit rotary steerable system (RSS),and improve the accuracy of wellbore trajectory control,a set of push force test device was designed.The force analysis of the test device was conducted by using the finite element software and the main factors influencing the measurement accuracy were identified.Accordingly,the improvement measures were put forward and the test device structure was optimized.The optimized test device was analyzed by using the finite element software.The analysis and test results show that the optimized structure eliminates the interference and reduces the measurement error greatly,which achieves the accurate measurement of push force.This test device has been widely applied in the RSS batch manufacturing of COSL,becoming one of the key test equipment in the manufacture of RSS.The research results provide an important reference for improving the accuracy of wellbore trajectory control.
