减量提质背景下的北京市单体建筑监测关键技术创新与应用

摘要 北京市单体建筑数据在支撑非首都功能疏解、大城市病治理方面发挥着重要作用。“城市减量提质”的新发展模式对单体建筑数据提出了更高的要求,持续快速开展单体建筑数据更新,并提供源源不断稳固的高频次、高质量的监测信息,研究通过创建完善的单体建筑监测机制、技术流程、方法手段和统计分析等技术体系,确保了数据生产高效、及时、可靠,并深入开展应用服务探索,积极落实首都新总规,科学实施北京减量提质发展。 The data of individual buildings in Beijing plays an important role in supporting non-capital functions and urban disease management.For the new development mode of"urban quantity reduction and quality improvement",it puts forward higher requirements for the data of individual buildings.with continuous rapidly data updating and steady high frequency,high quality monitoring.By establishing a perfect single building monitoring mechanism,technical process,methods and statistical analysis and other technical systems,efficient,timely and reliable data production,and in-depth exploration of application services were ensured to actively implement the new general regulations of the capital,scientific reducing quantity and improving quality development in Beijing.
