长距离过海地铁盾构隧道控制测量关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 厦门地铁2号线海沧大道站—东渡路站区间为国内首条过海地铁盾构隧道,施工难度大,可借鉴经验少。为保证该长距离隧道的准确掘进及顺利贯通,针对性地建立了一套先进的施工控制测量体系,本文对过海段全球导航卫星系统控制网优化布设、高精度跨海水准实施、改进的陀螺定向以及盾构掘进姿态控制等测量关键技术进行研究。结合过海地铁盾构隧道控制测量的特点开展了创新设计,解决了盾构隧道高精度控制测量的问题,取得良好的测量效果,保障了工程顺利实施。 The section between Haicang Avenue station and Dongdu road station of Xiamen Metro Line 2 is the first cross sea Metro Shield Tunnel in China.It is difficult to construct and has few experience to learn from.In order to ensure the accurate tunneling and smooth penetration of the long-distance tunnel,an advanced construction control and measurement system was established.In this paper,the key measurement technologies such as the optimized layout of GNSS control network in the sea crossing section,the implementation of high-precision cross sea alignment,the improved gyro orientation and the attitude control of shield tunneling were studied.Combined with the characteristics of the control survey of the shield tunnel of the cross sea subway,the innovative design was carried out,which solved the problem of high-precision control survey of the shield tunnel,achieved good measurement results,and ensured the smooth implementation of the project.
