便携式三维激光扫描技术在矿山地下巷道可视化建模中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 传统地下空间测绘存在作业难度大、效率低、精度差等问题。本文以云南省玉溪市某矿山地下巷道为研究对象,为了最大限度地呈现地下巷道的现状,采用了一种基于便携式三维激光扫描技术的地下巷道测量新方法。通过便携式三维激光扫描仪(GEOSLAM HORIZON)获取了地下巷道的三维点云数据,对点云数据进行预处理、模型加工、纹理映射等,获得了地下巷道的三维可视化模型。该模型可以清晰地反映地下巷道的开采现状,且与现有的地下巷道CAD底图相吻合,说明本文的方法可行,满足测量精度要求。研究成果可为动态监管和分析矿山地下巷道的采矿量及采矿区域提供可行的方法。 The traditional underground space surveying and mapping has some problems,such as difficult operation,low efficiency,poor accuracy and so on.This paper took the underground tunnel of a mine in Yuxi city,Yunnan province as the research object.In order to maximize the current situation of the underground tunnel,a new measurement method based on portable three-dimensional laser scanning technology is adopted.Three-dimensional(3D)point cloud data of the underground tunnel is obtained by Geoslam Horizon with a portable 3D laser scanner.And the visual model of the underground tunnel is obtained by preprocessing,model processing and texture mapping.The 3D model can clearly reflect the mining status of the underground tunnel,and is consistent with the existing computer aided design(CAD)base map,which showed that the proposed method is feasible and can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.The research results can provide a feasible method for dynamic supervision and analysis of mining volume and mining area of underground tunnel.
