储油罐内壁导静电防腐蚀涂料的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 以端氨基聚醚、聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂、改性蓖麻油、导电云母粉、防锈颜料和助剂为A组分,以多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯为B组分,制备了一款具有导静电和防腐蚀作用的高性能无溶剂聚脲涂料。通过探究固化剂种类、树脂配比、稀释剂用量和异氰酸酯指数,确定了最佳的涂料配方。该涂料的性能不仅符合钢制石油储罐防腐蚀工程技术标准(GB/T 50393-2017),而且克服了目前市面常用的环氧水性导静电防腐蚀石油储罐内壁涂料需要多遍施工才可达到规定涂层厚度的问题。 A high-performance solvent-free polyurea paint with electrostatic conducting and anticorrosive properties was prepared by adding the conductive mica powder,antirust pigment,and auxiliary agents to the mixture of amine-terminated polyether,polyaspartate resin,and modified castor oil as component A and the polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate as component B.The optimal composition of the paint was determined by studying the type of curing agent,proportions of resins,dosage of diluent,and isocyanate index.The properties of the paint conform to the technical standard for anticorrosion engineering of steel petroleum storage tanks(GB/T 50393-2017).It overcomes the problem that the required thickness of the commonly used water-based electrostatic conductive and anticorrosive epoxy coating inside the oil storage tank could be reached only after repeated applications.
