泰斛1号种苗繁育及病虫害绿色防控效果探讨

摘要 为研究泰斛1号铁皮石斛种苗繁育与病虫害绿色防控技术,设置不同培养基配方、肥水频次、药剂配方和栽培基质配比研究对泰斛1号生长指标及病虫防治效果的影响。结果表明:9号培养基(1/2 MS+6-BA 3 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 1 mg·L^(-1)+香蕉泥100 g·L^(-1))最有利于泰斛1号组培苗生长;栽培过程中,每隔5 d的肥水频次泰斛1号种苗的株高和茎粗表现最好;喷施有机多肽酶1号1000倍液可有效控制种苗白绢病、软腐病及蜗牛危害的发生;栽培基质配比为松树皮∶杉树皮1∶1对种苗长势的效果最优。 In order to study the seedling propagation and the green control technology for disease and insect pest of Dendrobium officinale Taihu No.1,the effects of different medium formula,the frequency of rich water,pesticide formula and substrate ratios on the growth index and pest control effect of Taihu No.1 were studied.The results showed that:the No.9 medium(1/2 MS+6-BA 3 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 1 mg·L^(-1)+banana slurry 100 g·L^(-1)L)was the most favorable for the growth of tissue culture seedling of Taihu No.1.During the cultivation process,the seedlings of Taihu No.1 had the best plant height and stem diameter at the frequency of rich water every 5 days.Spraying 1000 times liquid of organic polypeptidase No.1 could effectively control the occurrence of seedling sclerotium disease,soft rot disease and snail damage.And he substrate ratio of pine bark to fir bark(being 1∶1)had the best effect on the seedling growth.
