波形钢腹板连续刚构桥施工监控

Construction monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs

摘要 对某波形钢腹板连续刚构桥进行线形和应力监控,建立有限元模型分析了桥梁线形和应力变化情况,并对比分析了监测值与有限元计算值。研究结果表明:桥梁在悬臂浇筑阶段的挠度变化和成桥后的线形均满足设计要求,各监测截面应力随施工进行的变化趋势符合预期设计要求,达到了施工监控的目的。 The linear shape and stress monitoring of the continuous rigid bridge of a corrugated steel web,the finite element model is established to analyze the change of bridge linear and stress,and compare the monitoring value and the finite element calculation value.The results show that the deflection changes during the cantilever casting stage and the alignment of the bridge after completion meet the design requirements,and the trend of stress changes in each monitored section with construction meets the expected design requirements and achieves the purpose of construction monitoring.
