基于湿法脱硫的烧结颗粒物深度净化技术分析

摘要 为研究烧结机头烟气颗粒物性质及深度净化技术路线,选取了湿法脱硫前的烧结颗粒物,采用低压撞击分级采样法LPI、X射线荧光光谱分析XRF、表面接触角法进行了研究,并与燃煤火电粉煤灰进行了比较分析。结合分析结果讨论了湿电加间接冷凝除雾技术路线特点,同时介绍了塔内直接换热冷凝除尘技术路线的基本原理。结果表明:烧结颗粒物粒径在0.11~0.40μm的比例为77.34%,不同元素在不同烧结颗粒中占比差别大,烧结颗粒物接触角为45.9°,烧结颗粒物较火电粉煤灰粒径更细、成分更复杂、疏水性更强。结合技术路线原理及烧结颗粒物性质分析,说明基于湿电和间接冷却的技术路线存在一定的技术弊端,直接换热冷凝除尘技术更加适合湿法脱硫后的烧结颗粒物深度净化工序。 In order to study the properties of sintering machine head flue gas particles and the technical route of deep purification,the article selects the sintered particles before wet desulfurization,and uses the low-pressure impact graded sampling method LPI,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry XRF,and surface contact angle method to study.A comparative analysis was made with coal-fired thermal power fly ash.Combining the analysis results,the characteristics of the technical route of wet-electricity plus indirect condensation and defogging are discussed,and the basic principles of the direct heat exchange and cold dust removal technical route in the tower are introduced at the same time.The results show that the proportion of sintered particles with a particle size of 0.11~0.40μm is 77.34%,and the proportion of different elements in different sintered particles varies greatly.The contact angle of sintered particles is 45.9°.The sintered particles have a finer particle size than thermal power fly ash.The composition is more complex and the hydrophobicity is stronger.Combining the principle of the technical route and the analysis of the properties of sintered particles,it shows that the technical route based on wet electricity and indirect cooling has certain technical drawbacks.The direct heat exchange cooling and dust removal technology is more suitable for the deep purification process of sintered particles after wet desulfurization.
