铌合金及其抗氧化涂层研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 铌合金因其高熔点、低密度、高强度、加工性能好等诸多优良特性,被广泛应用于航空、航天、核工业等领域,国内外针对不同的应用场景已经研发出几十种不同的铌合金。但铌合金在高温下极易氧化使得其使用受到限制,研究者通过在铌合金表面制备不同的抗氧化涂层显著提高了其高温抗氧化性。本文对铌合金及其抗氧化涂层的研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了目前应用广泛的几种铌合金和抗氧化涂层,并讨论了存在的问题,最后对铌合金及其抗氧化涂层的研究方向进行了展望。 Niobium alloys are widely used in aviation, aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields because of its high melting point, low density, high strength, good processing performance and many other excellent characteristics.Dozens of different niobium alloys have been developed for different application scenarios at home and abroad.However, niobium alloys are highly oxidized at high temperatures, which limits their application. Researchers have significantly improved their high temperature oxidation resistance by preparing different oxidation resistant coatings on the niobium alloys.In this paper, the research progress of niobium alloys and oxidation resistance coatings is reviewed, the most widely used niobium alloy and anti-oxidation coating are introduced, and some existing problems are discussed.Finally, the future research directions of niobium alloys and oxidation resistance coatings are prospected.
