摘要
某矿山-216 m标高以下为地下开采,地下开采采用竖井+斜坡道开拓,分段空场嗣后充填采矿法回采。根据矿山生产现状、拟设置充填站位置并结合矿山地形的特点提出了3种充填系统方案。3种充填系统方案分别介绍了充填管路布置形式、计算了充填管道阻力并核算了施工工期,对3种充填方案从技术可行性、经济合理性和运营成本等方面进行比较,综合考虑基建投资、充填阻力、运营成本、充填管路维护、对斜坡道运输系统干扰、施工工期和井下采空区充填要求等因素,最终确定方案三36 m露天坑西平台管路方案。
A mine below-216 m elevation is underground mining, underground mining adopts shaft + slope way development, sublevel open stoping with subsequent filling mining method.According to the mine production status, the planned filling station location and the characteristics of the mine terrain, three kinds of filling system schemes are proposed.The layout form of filling pipeline, the resistance of filling pipeline and the construction period of the three filling system schemes are respectively introduced or calculated.The three filling schemes are compared in terms of technical feasibility, economic rationality and operating cost.Considering the factors such as capital construction investment, filling resistance, operation cost, filling pipeline maintenance, interference to slope road transportation system, construction period and filling requirements of underground mined-out area, the pipeline scheme of 36 m open pit west platform is finally determined.
