我国农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展 的耦合协调效应评价

Evaluation on the Coupling and Coordination Effect of Rural Water Conservancy Facilities Construction and Economic and Social Development in China

立足于乡村振兴发展战略,通过构建农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展的评价指标体系,基于熵值法和修正后的耦合协调度模型测算2010-2020年我国30个省(市、区)农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展指数及二者的耦合协调情况。结果表明:我国农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展情况不断向好,两者间存在明显的动态互动关系,耦合协调度逐年上升,但存在较大的区域性差异。为化解我国农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展不相适应的矛盾,缩小农村水利设施建设与经济社会发展在区域间的差距,应依据不同地区发展情况因地制宜、因区施策。

Based on the development strategy of rural revitalization,by constructing the evaluation index system of rural water conservancy facilities construction and economic and social development,and based on the entropy method and the modified coupling coordination degree model,the index of rural water conservancy facilities construction and economic and social development and the coupling coordination of the two in 30 provinces(cities,districts)in China from 2010 to 2020 are calculated.The results show that the construction of rural water conservancy facilities and economic and social development in China are constantly improving,there is an obvious dynamic interaction between the two,and the degree of coupling and coordination is increasing year by year,but there are large regional differences.In order to resolve the contradiction between the construction of rural water conservancy facilities and the economic and social development,and narrow the gap between the construction of rural water conservancy facilities and the economic and social development in different regions,measures should be taken according to the different development conditions of different regions.
