摘要
通过梳理西北工业大学力学与土木建筑学院国际留学生的基本情况和课业表现,建立了国际留学生在华学习能力提升的数据分析模型,总结了学生在校课业表现受各种基本条件影响的规律,形成了一个全过程、多维度的国际留学生专业培养质量评价和监督方法。此外,从专业能力培养和未来职业发展角度,较为全面地分析了国际留学生培养的典范分析案例。所得结论可用于指导未来国际招生质量指标体系的优化,确定录取国际留学生的核心课程指标最低值,并促进在校国际本科留学生通识教育和专业教育的培养方案改革。
By sorting out the basic situation and class performance of international students in the School of Mechanics, Civil Engineering and Architecture in Northwestern Polytechnical University, this paper establishes a data analysis model of international students’ learning ability improvement in China, summarizes the pattern of students’ academic performance influenced by various basic conditions in school, and forms a whole process and multi-dimensional evaluation and monitoring method of international students’ professional training quality. In addition, the paper presents a comprehensive analysis of representative cases of international student training in terms of professional competence development and future career development. The conclusions obtained in this paper can be used to guide the optimization of the future quality indicator system for international admissions,to determine the minimum values of core course indicators for the admission of international students, and to promote the reform of the training programs for the general education and professional education of international undergraduate students.
