从学科评估透视地方工科院校的国际化建设

On the Internationalization Construction of Local Engineering Colleges from the Perspective of Discipline Evaluation

对全国第四轮学科教育质量评价指标系统进行深入解读和综合分析,揭示了当下我国地方高等院校研究生教育国际化建设的新情况、特征和任务,在此基础上提出了地方高等院校研究生教育领域国际化建设优化路径。地方高校要以培养符合时代需求的人才作为自己的任务,立足本国国情,从实际出发,提升学生的国际化能力。抓住“一流学科”建设、“一带一路”倡议推进的新机遇,根据所在区域的情况和学校自身特色情况,明确所培养的目标,完善现有的培养模式,不断优化师资队伍,开发更多的合作办学模式,从而提升自身的国际化水平,推动研究生教育的国际化建设。

Through the in-depth interpretation and comprehensive analysis of the fourth round of national discipline education quality evaluation index system, this paper reveals the new situation, characteristics and current tasks of the internationalization construction of graduate education in local colleges and universities, and then puts forward the optimization path of local graduate education construction. Local colleges and universities should take cultivating talents that meet the needs of the times as their own task, and improve students’ internationalization ability from the reality. And taking the new opportunities of the “first-class discipline” construction and “the Belt and Road” initiative, according to the regional situation and the characteristics of school itself, local colleges and universities should clarify their training goals, improve the existing training model, constantly optimize the teaching staff, and develop more cooperation models, so as to enhance their level of internationalization and promote the internationalization construction of graduate education.
