基于线上线下混合式的一流课程建设研究——以“大学英语”一流本科课程为例

First-class Course Construction Based on Online and Offline Blended Model: Taking the First-class Undergraduate Course of College English as an Example

课程是人才培养环节的核心要素,课程质量直接决定了人才培养质量。教育部在《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》中指出:“为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述和全国教育大会精神,落实新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议要求,必须深化教育教学改革,必须把教学改革成果落实到课程建设上。”[1]同时,线上线下混合式教学正在成为高等教育教学的新常态。从一流课程建设的政策视角背景出发,以桂林旅游学院“大学英语”一流课程建设为例,探讨线上线下混合式一流本科课程建设的模式与方案。

Course is the core element of talent training, and the quality of courses directly determines the quality of talent training. The Ministry of Education pointed out in the Implementation Opinions of the on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Courses that in order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on education and the spirit of the National Education Conference, and to implement the requirements of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference in the New Era, the results of teaching reform must be implemented into course construction. At the same time, online and offline blended teaching is becoming the new normal of teaching in higher education. This paper starts from the policy perspective of firstclass course construction, and takes the construction of first-class College English course in the author’s school as an example to discuss the model and scheme of online and offline blended model in first-class undergraduate course construction.
